About Megan

Megan Lange is a designer and creative who lives in Gallatin, TN with her husband Nick, cats Olive, Asparagus, Honeysuckle, and Arugula, and dog Fish.

Growing up just outside of Knoxville, TN, Megan attended the University of Tennessee - Knoxville and studied Technical Writing & Business Editing (ask her about her favorite professor and his influence on her dogโ€™s name sometime!). After college, she worked in various roles - from marketing director of a small tech startup to planning sold-out concerts at downtown venues or launching a coffee shop in a Knoxville-suburb to planning fundraisers for a non-profit radio station. If you ask her about her most unique role while working in Knoxville, she would say that working with the International Biscuit Festival and the Southern Food Writing Conference is at the top of her list!

Since moving to Gallatin the day before the total eclipse of 2017, Megan has worked and volunteered with a number of organizations including the Sumner County Museum, the Gallatin Arts Council, the Gallatin Chamber of Commerce, Centerstage Performing Arts Academy & Event Center, and the Sumner County Library System. In her spare time, she also consults with local political campaigns and seeks to help candidates with integrity get into office.

As a marketing and design consultant, Megan seeks to lead with her Big Five: Genuine | Warm | Adaptable | Insightful | Inviting. Using these five words as her guiding principles, she loves to work with other creatives and small business owners to develop their brand into the best it can be.

When sheโ€™s not working on one of her projects, Megan enjoys visiting her local library, whipping up fun things in the kitchen, visiting her favorite local businesses, and puttering around in her garden and greenhouse.
